Is the food halal?

We operate a pork free kitchen and all of our dishes and menu items are carefully selected.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay with your Credit Value in your Tagameal account or online payment through Ipay88.

*Credit Value is the balance of your money in your Tagameal account, you can top-up your Credit Value.

How to redeem my voucher and get my food that I ordered?

You can print your voucher through "My Order" once you logged in. All details on the food choice you selected, the Collection Day, Collection Point and Collection Time are listed on the voucher.

Bring along your voucher to our collection point on the collection day and the time frame provided, you can redeem your food by showing us your voucher.

What is Collection Point? /Where can I collect my food?

“Collection Point” is a reference to where the goods you ordered, be collected by you at our appointed location selected by you when you ordered our goods.

What is Collection Date and Time?

“Collection Time” is a reference to the time frame for the collection of Goods purchased at designated Collection Point(s) on the Collection Date that you selected during your ordering.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order in “My Order” at least 3 days (before 12 noon) from collection date. We will credit into your Credit Value in your Tagameal account even if you purchased the goods via Credit Card, Debit Card or Credit Value.

What if I received the wrong item?

You have the right to reject the delivery of the wrong item and you shall be fully refunded for the missing item upon verification from Tagameal. For verification purposes, you need to fill up the “Complaint Form” which is available at the Collection Points. Once the verification is approved, you shall be fully refunded on the missing item by crediting into your Credit Value in your account.
